    PUBLIC SANITARY CONVENIENCES. There was no addition to the number of conveniences, which were supervised as in former years. That there was, as shown below, a considerable falling off in the receipts, is to some extent due to the fact that in the case of men in uniform no charge was made tor the use of the conveniences.
