PUBLIC MORTUARY.
All the necessary details regarding the use of the Mortuary during the year are
contained in the accompanying statement provided by the Mortuary Keeper.
Regular visits of inspection were made by the Outdoor Superintendent, or
Inspector Gorniot.

PUBLIC SANITARY CONVENIENCES.
There was no addition to the number of conveniences, which were supervised as in former years. That there was, as shown below, a considerable falling off in the receipts, is to some extent due to the fact that in the case of men in uniform no charge was made tor the use of the conveniences.

During the year, the roof of the convenience at Marylebone Road, which for
some time had been in a defective and leaky condition, was re-constructed at a cost
of £ 196 10s. 3d.
