ChocolateThe article consisted of a milk chocolate substitute prepared with sugar, fat (other than cocoa-butter), skimmed milk powder (or its equivalent) and cocoa.Cautioned The manufacturers were informed of the infringement and stated that this article was no longer being manufactured.. A formal sample was taken some 3 months later and the facts reported to the Public Health Committee, when it was decided to again warn the manufacturer and consider taking action if a further sample was found to be of similar quality.

The matter is still under review.
