Icc Cream.
Six of our small ice cream manufacturers have discontinued
making and they now buy ice cream from reliable firms for resale.
Another manufacturer has also discontinued but buys ice cream
mix which is subjected to the freezing process on his premises.
97 samples of ice cream were submitted for examination, and
the results indicate a very good standard obtained during the year.
Pathogenic organisms have not been cultivated in any sample examined since the inception of the tests in 1947.
