(a) Sample mouldy when received. Microscopical examination revealed
the presence of numerous Fungal hyphæ and sponangia.
(b) Fat 18.05. Moisture 58.3%.
(c) Probable composition:—Crab 70. Water 18, Milk Fat 4. Starch Filler
7, Salt and Spice 1%. Starch Filler not declared.
(d) Fat 10%. Total solids 31.6%. Sugar (Sucrose) 9.5%. Milk
Powder 3.6%.
(e) (i) Sweets contained small amounts of gritty matter of nature of sand
and small amounts of unidentifiable vegetable matter. Inferior.
(ii) Contained 0.054% insoluble sand and vegetable debris. Inferior.
