F(3). Inspection and Supervision of Meat and Other
Foods.
There are 4 licensed slaughterhouses, and 33 butchers'
shops within the Borough, inspections at such premises resulting
in the confiscating of 15 cwts. 1 qr. 24 lbs. of meat, as
unfit for human consumption.
