    REHOUSING OF FULHAM RESIDENTS The situation in relation to the rehousing of Fulham residents remains substantially the same as last year, with priority being given to families displaced from slum clearance and compulsory purchase areas.

    After each treatment there was a reduction in the number of surface infestations, both 'reported' and 'discovered' by inspection. Practically all of the reported cases of surface infestations were traceable to rats coming off either a defective or disused house connection to the sewer.
