    Bacteriological Examinations. The Borough Council provides bacteriological diagnoses free of charge in connection with certain diseases. In accordance with Ministry of Food Circular MF. 3/49 dated 1st April. 1949, this Council co-operated with the Ministry and 41 samples of ice cream were submitted for fat content analysis.
