V—INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FOOD.
There are 358 dairy premises on the register and 1,475 inspections were
made to them during the year. It was found necessary to serve 43 notices
for minor matters.
In addition there are registered in the Borough 294 purveyors who sell
milk in sealed bottles, 65 dairymen who have premises outside the Borough
and 19 cowsheds.
