Inspection of Houses in which a death has occurred.
It has been our custom to visit every house in which a death has
occurred, and to make a complete inspection and report on the sanitary,
state of the premises. This has been done since the beginning of 1895.
In the event of there being any doubt as to the condition of the drain by
a superficial test, the pipes are uncovered by the Vestry's workmen, and
where necessary, the water test applied.
