Eight samples of ice-cream were submitted to the Public Analysts to
ascertain the fat content of the mixture. These samples contained fat to
the following extent: 10.2 per cent., 11.8 per cent., 8.9 per cent., 4.8 per
cent 10.8 per cent., 11.6 per cent., 10.1 per cent., 12.9 per cent.
