The above children are all within the age dealt with by
Local Education Authorities and are suitable for a Special School,
but I am informed by the Secretary that there are no vacancies.
The Committee should therefore consider the provision of such
a school under their own administration.
I understand that the Local Education Authorities of Middlesex
discussed this matter iu 1914, and it was agreed that the
County Authority should provide the necessary accommodation,
but owing to the War, the project could not be proceeded with.
