Section II. does not apply to common lodging houses
within the Common Lodging-Houses Act, 1851, or any Act
amending the same.
In this District the following 575 houses are registered under the regulations made by your Board, and confirmed by the Local Government Board in 1887, and which have been continuously employed with the most satisfactory results.
