in the various registration districts in the Borough and the
corresponding case-rates.

In Table No. 67 appears a summary of cases coming to
the knowledge of the Department in 1929. It includes
notifications received from general practitioners on Form
"A," from school medical officers on Form "B," and cases
not notified but included in the death returns, and cases
transferred from other areas. It does not include notifications
on Form "C" or "D," i.e., from medical superintendents
of hospitals, nor any duplicate notifications. Deaths during
the year are classified in the same table by age and sex
groups.
