I have every hope that the Unit will continue to visit Wood
Green at regular intervals to X-ray members of the general public,
school leavers and factory employees.
DISINFECTION AND DISINFESTATION
The number of articles dealt with at the Disinfection Station was as follows:—

95 rooms were disinfected on account of infectious disease.
75 rooms were disinfested on account of the presence of vermin.
10 premises were treated for infestations of cockroaches, wasps and
flies.
85 library books were brought to the Department during the year
for disinfection.
