RAG FLOCK AND OTHER FILLING MATERIALS
ACT, 1951
Three premises in the Borough are registered under the above
Act. The premises are periodically visited and during the year one
sample was taken and sent for analysis. The result was satisfactory.
PET ANIMALS ACT, 1951
Under this Act, eight licences were renewed during the year
after the premises had been inspected and found to be satisfactory.
ESTABLISHMENTS FOR MASSAGE OR SPECIAL
TREATMENT
Four existing licences under the Middlesex County Council
Act, 1950 were renewed during the year. In addition, one new
licence was issued.
HOUSING
The Borough Surveyor has kindly supplied me with the
following figures showing the number of houses which have been
erected or rebuilt during the year.
Council Flats completed:—
26 at Barnes Court
Council Flats in course of construction at end of year:—
28 at Ellenborough Court
6 at Winkfiel'd Road
Private enterprise:—
8 war destroyed houses were rebuilt at Passmore Gardens,
Victoria Road, Paisley Road and Tintern Road
3 new houses were erected at Grosvenor Road and Eldon
Road.

The figures of attendances at Western Road and Durnsford Road baths for the past two years are as follows :—
