In conclusion I desire to acknowledge the interest taken by the
whole Council in the work of this Department, and especially that of
the two Committees with which I am more immediately concerned.
I am also much indebted to the Chief Sanitary Inspector, Mr. Adams,
whose years of experience are invaluable, and to all his Assistants,
without whose help the preparation of this report would have been
impossible.
