Collection of Refuse and a bi-weekly Collection may be possible
in some parts of the District, but as I intimated last year the
opening of the Destructor will mean a re-organisation of the work
of the Collection of House Refuse.
At present the Refuse is being Shot at the extreme end of the
District (toward Tottenham) consequently much time is occupied
by the Carts in going to and from the Shoot.
