Half of the above expenditure, both capita1 and maintenance,

Recommendations.
The recommendations involved in the above proposals
are:—
(1) The establishment of a Dental Clinic, at an estimated
capital cost of £140.
(2) The appointment of a whole-time Dentist, at a
salary of £300 per annum.
(3) The appointment of a Health Visitor at a scale
salary of £108—£138.
