Half of the above expenditure, both capital and maintenance,

Recommendations.
The recommendations involved in the above proposals
are :—
(1) The establishment of an Eye Clinic at an estimated
capital cost of £60.
(2) The establishment of a Dental Clinic at an estimated
capital cost of £100.
(3) The appointment of an oculist at a salary of £100
per annum, for an attendance of three hours per
week.
