Children Attending Residential Special Schools.
The following Table shows the age at which the first
epileptic seizure occurred in the three cases in this group:—

First Onset in Relation to School Attendance.—
These children had their first epileptic seizures subsequent
to their commencing school. Their school attendance
began in the ordinary elementary schools at the following
ages :—One at the age of four and two at the age of five.
They had their first epileptic seizure one at the age of seven,
one at the age of nine, and one at the age of ten. In all
these cases the epileptic seizures are severe. They all
entered Residential Special Schools at the age of eleven.
Mental Condition.—Their mental condition are
described as, one bright, one average and one dull.
Epileptic Children not in Attendance at School.
The following Table shows the age at which the first
epileptic seizure occurred in the eighteen cases in this
group:—
