Bakehouses.—At the end of the year there were 175 bakehouses on the
register including 36 factory bakehouses. 128 of these were underground
bakehouses, of which 52 were unoccupied.
Restaurant Kitchens.—At the end of 1917, 388 restaurant kitchens were en
the register.
