The age incidence was:—

DIPHTHERIA.
Four cases of Diphtheria were notified as occurring during
the year. All the cases were removed to the Isolation Hospital.
The monthly incidence of Diphtheria was:—

The age incidence was:—

The number of swabs sent from cases and suspected cases
during the year numbered 35, of which 5 were positive and
30 were negative.
ENTERIC FEVER.
No cases of Enteric Fever were notified, as against 2 in
the previous year.
PUERPERAL FEVER.
One case of Puerperal Fever was notified. This is the
first case notified since 1919.
OPHTHALMIA NEONATORUM.
There were no cases of Ophthalmia Neonatorum notified.
ERYSIPELAS.
Two cases were notified, as against three last year.
PNEUMONIA.
Thirteen cases of Pneumonia were notified.

ENCEPHALITIS LETHARGICA.
Two cases of Encephalitis Lethargica were notified, viz.,
a male, aged 4 years in May, and a female, aged 64 years in
July.
