It is not possible to give any accurate idea of the number of
families on the waiting list living in overcrowded conditions, but all
the families in Group 4 (a), 35 per cent, in 4 (b), 12 per cent, in 4 (c)
and 15 per cent, in 4 (d) may be said to be living in crowded
conditions.
