In addition 19 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and 1 case of non-pulmonary
tuberculosis previously notified in other areas, moved into Edmonton.
The total number of names added to the Register for the first time during the year, excluding of course, non-notified deaths was:—

There was thus 1 non-notified death out of a total of 42 persons registered
as dying of tuberculosis (Registrar's figures). Regarding the non-notification
of the above case, there was no suggestion of wilful neglect or of refusal to
notify.
