admitted to the Puerperal Infection Unit of the Borough Hospital.

Blood Transfusion. (52 obstetrical and 46 gynaecological cases)
For every case, stored blood from the Blood Transfusion School,
Sutton, was used.
One Mayday Hospital "Booked" Obstetrical case, and one
Gynaecological case died.
