INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FOODS.
INSPECTIONS.
A total of 2,288 visits were made to places where food is stored
and prepared or from which it is sold. One hundred and seventythree
defects were drawn to the attention of persons concerned and
at the end of the year 163 of these had been remedied.
