BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS.
Icc Cream.
Twenty-three samples were taken for bacteriological examination.
No pathogenic organisms were found to be present.

The methylene blue tests resulted as follows :—

Eleven Samples were submitted for chemical examination, the
lowest fat content was 6.4% and the highest 11.3%.
