Unsound Food.
Five tons, one cwt., one qr., five lbs. of unsound food were
surrendered as unfit for human consumption during the year, as
shown below. Where possible this was utilised either for manufacturing
purposes, animal food, or where this was impracticable,
destroyed.

Seven hundred and thirty-five Food Condemnation certificates were issued.
