The graphs here presented represent the examination of 2,083 children.
Fig. 1 indicates the percentage of passes and failures of boys, girls and all children in three
separate groups.
Fig. 2 shows the same thing in "ears" instead of children.
Fig. 3 shows the hearing acuity for all ears by groups. I have divided these into four
groups:—(1) —3 to +6, which represents all the passes, (2) a separate group of the +9, this
group being what may be described as the "border-line failure group," (3) 12 to 18, and
(4) 21 to 30.
