The Cleansing of Persons.
The provision for the cleansing of verminous persons still remains very inadequate in London
as a whole, but in some districts more suitable accommodation has been provided than in others.
The number of persons cleansed in 1909 is shown in some of the annual reports, and the following
table has been compiled mainly from the information thus supplied:—
