Overcrowded families on Waiting Lists
334 of the overcrowded families are on the Borough Council waiting list for
housing accommodation 212 are on the London County Council waiting list A number
of these families, approximately 160, are on both lists.
Furnished and Unfurnished Lettings
Of the 820 cases of overcrowding, (986 revealed by the survey less 16 6
abated during the survey), 407 are furnished lettings and 413 "unfurnished".

Analysis of Nationalities
It has been suggested that overcrowding in the borough has resulted from the
number of persons coming from abroad to reside In St. Pancras.

Set out below is an analysis of the overcrowded families in each ward according to nationalities and this table has been compiled on the net number of 820 cases of overcrowding revealed by the survey, namely. 986 less 166 cases abated during the course of the survey:-
