On 19th July, 1899, the Vestry Resolved—
1.—That the works required to be executed be not specified in the
Statutory Notice.
2.—That the prevention of the recurrence of the nuisance be required
in the Statutory Notice.
3.—That the works for the prevention of the recurrence of the nuisance
be not specified in the Statutory Notice.
