PUERPERAL FEVER.
This disease caused 15 deaths, or one less than in 1884.
The proportion in St. Pancras was 3.1 per 1,000 deaths from
all causes; in all London 4.0.

PULMONARY DISEASES.
Pulmonary Diseases, other than Phthisis, viz.:—Asthma
Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Pleurisy, and other Diseases of the
Respiratory System, caused 925 deaths, equal to 3.8 per 1,000
of population, and 192.9 per 1,000 deaths from all causes. In
London the proportion per 1,000 of population and per 1,000
of total deaths were respectively 4.1 and 211.0.
