Table II gives details of the sanitary operations carried out
in the Borough during the year.
The number of drains which were tested was 423 and 956 were
cleansed or repaired. The drains of nine houses were reconstructed,
and 140 drains were partially reconstructed.
Damp conditions have been remedied in 779 premises, and in
two of these damp courses were inserted.
