(10.) In accordance with the instructions of the Public Health
Committee I made, in March, an inspection of the River
Wandle at the outfall of the Croydon Rural Sewage Farm,
and another sample of the effluent was taken.
This sample showed the following results, and for comparison the results of the analysis of the sample taken in September, 1907, is also given :—
