Note.—This Table is to be read as follows:—Of the 49,756 total Tenements, 21,052 were Tenements of less than five rooms, and of
these 2,039 were Tenements of one room, 3,591 of two rooms, etc. Of the 2,039 Tenements of one room, 1,249 were
occupied by one person each, 508 by two persons each, 207 by three persons each, etc.; and of the 3,591 Tenements of two
rooms, 616 were occupied by one person each, 1,250 by two persons each, 848 by three persons each, and so on.
