From non-zymotic diseases, 807 deaths occurred
during the year, compared with 805 in 1899, 767 in
1898, 710 in 1897, and 705 in 1896. These deaths
formed 83 7 per cent, of the total mortality, compared
with 83'9 in 1899. Corrected for institutions the total
number of deaths was 815, or 82.5 per cent, of the
total mortality, compared with 804 or 82.3 per cent,
in 1899.
