OUT-WORKERS, 1917.
13 February and 9 August lists were received, dealing with
143 and 121 out-workers respectively. Of the 264 out-workers,
129 belonged to Lambeth and 135 elsewhere. Particulars of the
latter were sent to the Authorities concerned, whilst, in return,
137 lists were received from various outside authorities dealing
with the 998 workers, of whom 926 belonged to Lambeth and 72
to districts outside Lambeth.

Of the total 1055 Lambeth out-workers reported, 112 were new out-workers, i.e., out-workers not previously registered, as follow:—
