Ice-cream.—There fire 33 premises in the Borough at
which ice-cream is sold, and these were frequently inspected
during the summer.
Rag Flock Act.—There are 16 Upholsterers' premises in
the Borough, but at one only is Hag Flock used. During the
year frequent inspections have been made at each of these premises,
and no contravention of the Act has been found.
Poisons and Pharmacy Act.—Two applications have been
made under the Poisons and Pharmacy Act for the renewal of
licences to sell poisonous; substances for agricultural and horticultural
purposes, and the licence was issued iu each case.
Petroleum Stores.—There are 35 Petroleum Stores on
the Register, and 82 inspections were made during the year.

Nuisances, Drainage, &c.—Two hundred and forty complaints have been received during the year, classified as follows:—
