The third sample was sent to the Government analysts, who certified the milk as containing 3.49 per cent. of milk fat, and consequently genuine. Mr. Cassal, the Council's analyst, had certified it as containing only 2 85 per cent. of milk fat. The defendant had had his own sample analysed, and it was reported to contain 3'06 per cent.
