BUTTER AND MARGARINE FACTORIES.
Seven inspections of these premises were made. No nuisance was
discovered.
SLAUGHTERHOUSES.
The supervision of the various Slaughterhouses was carried out
during the year by Mr. Fisher.

There are five licensed Slaughterhouses in the Borough. The following are the premises and the licensees: —

discovered.
Each Slaughterhouse was limewashed every three months during
the year.
SALE OF FOOD AND DRUGS ACTS.
During the year ending 29th December, 1923, 1,482 "official"
samples were taken by the Inspector.
