SMALL POX.
No case of this disease was notified during the year 1920.
SCARLET FEVER.
During the year under consideration 893 cases were notified, with
5 deaths. The notifications were the highest recorded since 1914.
The greatest number of cases occurred in St. Peter's, St. John's, All Saints' and St. George's Wards.

Of the 893 cases notified in the present year, as many as 874 were
removed to hospital, i.e., 97.9 per cent., as against 933 per cent. for
last year.
The deaths in the 874 cases sent to hospital numbered 5, a mortality
of 0.6 per cent.
In regard to the 19 cases nursed at home, they all recovered
