The supervision of the various Slaughterhouses was carried out
during the year by Inspector Fisher.

22 inspections were made during the year. In four instances the
walls of slaughterhouses were found to be in a dirty state.
The dirty conditions were at once remedied without it becoming
necessary to serve notices on the occupiers.
