BUTTER FACTORY.
During the year 18 inspections were made of the premises used as a
Dutter Factory.
The following nuisances were discovered on inspection:—
Dirty walls 2 cases
Dirty floor 2 „
Dirty utensils 1 case
Opening to drain inside factory 1 „
Ceiling dirty 1 „
Insufficient water supply 1 ,,
Two Intimation notices were served. All the above insanitary conditions
were remedied.
The Factory was limewashed when required.
MARGARINE FACTORY.
13 inspections were made of the premises where this business is
carried on. The following defects were discovered:—

Dirty utensils 1 „
One intimation notice was served. The nuisances complained of
were abated.
