(e) Preservatives in Food.
Contravention of the Preservatives in Food Regulations
occurred in connection with two samples of Pork Sausage Meat
which contained sulphur dioxide preservative. Appropriate
action was taken.
(/) Ice Cream.
At the end of 1950 the number of premises in the Borough
registered for the manufacture, storage and sale of ice cream
was as follows:—
