The Tuberculosis Visitors also advise patients and their relatives as
to the importance of keeping separate utensils for food (particularly cups
and forks), separate tea-cloths and separate towels, for infective cases.
(xvii.) Special difficulties encountered.
The lack of suitable employment for patients and of suitable
accommodation for badly-housed patients and their families continue to
be the chief difficulties encountered.

I beg to submit my Annual Report of the work carried out at the
Tuberculosis Dental Clinic for the year 1930.
No great change over the previous year is to be noted, and my reports
of previous years, setting out our difficulties, still apply.
