The 166 cases in Poplar were notified from 145 premises, the
231 cases in Bromley from 186 premises, and the 70 cases in Bow
from 58 houses, and of these premises the drains were found to
be defective in 48 instances—21 Poplar, 20 Bromley, and 7 Bow.
