Recruitment
Recruitment improved over the year and, as well as trained staff,
one full-time and three part-time auxiliary workers were employed,

With improved staff recruitment patients have (been assured
of an even better service and the nursing personnel have had the
satisfaction of being able to provide more skilled care and
attention.
