Beef—partly cooked and allowed to stand in gravy.

which could be submitted to pathological examination in the
laboratory.

consumed at a canteen. The Canteen was visited but enquiries

from severe diarrhoea for two days, but had no abdominal pains or
vomiting. The probable cause considered to be either an egg or fish.

complained of any illness, the probable cause considered to be a
meal taken away from home.
